Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland
We ship to every UK postcode. A £6.95 surcharge applies to AB, IV, KW, PA20-PA80, PH, HS, ZE, IM, BT, JE, GG and TR21-25 (Isles of Scilly). Lead times are 2-3 working days for these areas.
Republic of Ireland and EU
We ship to the Republic of Ireland and most EU member states via DPD International. Lead times are 3-7 working days. EU customers are responsible for any local VAT, duties or customs charges where applicable.
Order cut-offs
- 4:00 pm Monday to Friday — same-day dispatch, next-working-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 4 pm or on weekends ship the next working day.
- Bank holidays do not count as working days.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, a dispatch email with a DPD tracking link when your parcel is dispatched, and a one-hour delivery slot from DPD on the day of delivery.
If your order doesn't arrive
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the parcel, check with neighbours and any safe places nominated to DPD. If still missing after 24 hours, email help@evcablehub.co.uk with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the courier.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the seller (us) is responsible for goods until they reach you. If your parcel is genuinely lost, we'll replace or refund.
Wallbox installation
If you've ordered a wallbox with installation, an independent OZEV-approved installer will contact you within two working days of order placement to arrange a survey. Installation lead times are typically 7-14 working days from survey approval.
