Isuzu EV Charging Cables
Type 2 charging cables for the Isuzu range.
Which Isuzu?
We'll preselect the variant that fits.
Choosing the right cable for your Isuzu
The electric D-Max is a working pickup, and that puts it in a different category from every car on this site. It gets charged where the job finished rather than on the same driveway each night, and the cable has to survive an environment a domestic lead never sees.
Connector spec by model
- D-Max EV: Type 2 + CCS. Up to 11kW AC. Specification varies by build and market.
Buy for reach first
A pickup parked nose-in on a yard, or backed up to a load, can sit a long way from the only available socket. A lead chosen by measuring a tidy driveway will be the wrong length within a week. 15m is a reasonable working default where 10m would suit a car.
Run-over proof is not marketing here
Every Type 2 lead we sell is rated to be driven over. On a domestic driveway that specification is close to irrelevant. On a site with other vehicles moving around, it is the difference between a cable that lasts and one that gets replaced. The same applies to the IP55 sealing when the lead is handled with wet or dirty hands.
Charging away from a wallbox
Working vehicles often end the day somewhere without a charger. A Type 2 to 3-pin Mode 2 lead turns any socket into a slow charge point, which will not fill a working pickup overnight but keeps it moving.
Length recommendations
15m as a default, 20m if the vehicle is charged in a yard rather than at a fixed bay. Compare across our Type 2 charging cables.
