Recruitment and progression
Job descriptions are written using inclusive-language tooling. Shortlists for every role at manager grade and above are gender-balanced and include at least one candidate from an under-represented ethnic background. Interview panels are mixed and trained in structured interviewing to reduce bias.
Pay equity
We conduct an independent pay-equity audit every 12 months and publish the results. Where unexplained gaps are identified, salaries are adjusted upward in the same review cycle.
Accessibility
Our offices, products and digital experiences are designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards. Reasonable adjustments are available on request and offered proactively during recruitment.
Accountability
EDI metrics are reviewed by the Board every quarter and form part of the long-term incentive plan for the executive team. Any colleague may raise an EDI concern confidentially with their People Partner or via the Speakfully hotline.
