Our promise

Voltarc's Code of Ethics applies to every director, employee, contractor and supplier. It expresses, in plain language, the standards we hold ourselves to when no one is watching.

Honesty in marketing

We describe our products accurately. Specifications are independently verified and we do not use compensated reviews, fake scarcity timers or dark patterns at checkout. If we get something wrong, we correct it publicly.

Integrity in business

We do not offer or accept bribes, kickbacks or facilitation payments. Gifts and hospitality above €75 must be declared in the Gift Register. We comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions regimes.

Respect for people

We treat colleagues, customers, suppliers and competitors with respect. Harassment, bullying and retaliation are grounds for immediate dismissal regardless of seniority or commercial impact.

Stewardship of the planet

We measure and disclose our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and have committed to a science-based target of net zero by 2035. Packaging is plastic-free and our wallbox enclosures use 86% post-consumer recycled aluminium.

Speaking up

Anyone who suspects a breach of this Code is expected to raise it. The Speakfully hotline is available 24/7 in 14 languages. All reports are taken seriously, investigated independently and answered.
