Independence
The Voltarc Journal is editorially independent of our commercial team. Editors choose stories on merit and may publish material that is critical of Voltarc products, partners or the wider EV industry where the public interest demands it.
Accuracy and corrections
Every article is fact-checked before publication. Sources are named wherever possible. If we make a material error we correct it promptly, mark the change clearly at the foot of the article and, where appropriate, notify readers who shared the original.
Disclosure
Where an article references a Voltarc product or service, this is disclosed in the opening paragraph. Sponsored content is labelled "Paid Partnership" in the byline and is never written by editorial staff.
Sources and review
Technical claims are reviewed by a chartered electrical engineer before publication. Long-term vehicle reviews use cars purchased at retail, not press-fleet loaners, and we disclose this in the methodology box.
Reader feedback
Comments are moderated against our Community Guidelines. Readers may submit corrections, complaints or right-of-reply requests to editor@voltarc.com; serious complaints are escalated to an external Reader's Editor.
