Cupra's electric range — Born and Tavascan — shares the VW Group MEB platform with VW ID.3, Skoda Enyaq and Audi Q4 e-tron. Type 2 AC + CCS DC. The Tavascan (2024+) added V2L on selected trims. The 2025 Born VZ also supports V2L.

- 7.4kW single-phase: ~25-30 miles/hour. Same in 10-11 hours.
V2L on Cupra
The Cupra Born VZ (2025+) and Tavascan (selected trims) support V2L at 3.6kW from the Type 2 port — same spec as VW ID.4/5 (2026 refresh) and Skoda Elroq. Compatible with our V2L adapter range. Confirm with your Cupra dealer that V2L is enabled in software for your specific trim before buying an adapter.
Length recommendations
Cupra charge ports are at the rear-right on Born and Tavascan. UK driveways: 7.5-10m Type 2 cable covers most setups.
