1. Acceptance

By placing an order on voltarc.com you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you have supplied is accurate, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase.

2. Contract formation

Product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation by email. Until then we may decline an order at our discretion — for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud — and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the prevailing German rate of 19%. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit and PayPal. Payment is taken at the point of dispatch.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery within the EU is three to five working days; express delivery is next working day for orders placed before 13:00 CET. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment has cleared in full.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. Returned goods must be in original, resaleable condition. Custom-installed wallboxes that have been hardwired are excluded from the right of withdrawal once installation has begun. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty

All Voltarc products carry a five-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or third-party installation that does not meet IEC 61851.

7. Liability

Our liability for foreseeable losses arising from a defective product is limited to the purchase price plus reasonable installation and inspection costs. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Stuttgart have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence.
