We hire occasionally, slowly, and with a lot of care. If you're an EV driver, an installer, an engineer or a writer who knows the difference between a 16A and a 32A circuit — we'd like to know you.

What it's like to work here

Small team. Remote-friendly. UK-based (we don't sponsor visas yet). Premium-quality bias on everything we do — we'd rather ship one excellent thing than five mediocre ones.

What we look for

• Practical knowledge of EV charging — you've fitted a wallbox, written about EVs, or daily-driven one for at least two years.
• Attention to detail bordering on pedantry. Spec sheets matter; vague claims don't.
• A bias toward shipping over polishing. We iterate publicly.
• Plain, direct communication. No marketing puff.

Roles we're open to

We don't always have a posted vacancy. The four areas where we'd always read a strong CV:

• Customer-experience engineering — answering technical pre-sales questions, helping installers spec systems, writing post-purchase guides.
• Buying / category management — sourcing new product, running tests, deciding what makes the cut.
• Editorial / content — long-form buying guides, comparison pieces, product photography.
• OZEV-approved installer referrals — we work with independent electricians across mainland UK who carry out installs.
