Overview
Driving a Type 1 electric car without a charging station? This is the simplest solution we sell. One end plugs into a domestic socket, the other into your car, and that is the whole installation. No external charging station required.
- Plugs into any UK socket
- IP66 weatherproof
- Operating temperature: -30° to +50°
- CE certified / TUV certified
- Type 1 connector at the vehicle end
- Current: 10A
- Available in 5m and 10m
- Free next-working-day UK delivery on orders over £150
At 10A this is not a fast charger, and it was never meant to be. What it is good at is making sure you can always put charge into the car: at a relative's house, a holiday cottage, or at home on the nights when a charge point is not an option. Plenty of Type 1 owners keep one in the boot and never begrudge the space.
Supplied with a two-year manufacturer warranty. See the rest of the range in granny chargers.

First class service
First class service. Ordered 15m cable and it was delivered next day. Minor hiccup in that the accompanying bag was missing. Quick email to Jake at EV Cable Hub and the bag arrived next working day. 1st class product and even better customer service. Thank you.
