Overview
You can charge a Toyota bZ4X at home or at public charging stations with a Type 2 EV charging cable, and that is what most bZ4X owners will want. If you would rather not be tied to a charging station, a 3-pin to Type 2 cable lets you charge from any UK socket, which makes a sound backup when you have no charge point to hand.
For the quickest AC charging we would recommend a 22kw cable (32amp, three-phase), which will take the bZ4X from 0% to 100% in 7 hours where the charge point can supply three-phase power.

Installation
- 01Unlock the car - most won't accept a cable while locked.
- 02Wallbox end first, then the car. Push until the latch clicks.
- 03Check the car shows a charging state before you walk away.
- 04Coil loosely into the bag - no tight figure-of-eights.
