Overview

The T03 is a city car with a price to match, and it charges through a Type 2 socket.

Its onboard AC charger is a modest 6.6kW, which is honestly all this car needs. The battery is small, so an ordinary home wallbox will refill it overnight without any drama. The practical upshot: get the 32A single-phase cable, walk past the three-phase one, and keep the difference in your pocket.

On a car this short, a 5m lead is usually all the reach required, assuming the wallbox is on the same side as the charge port.

Which cable to choose

  • Type 2 to Type 2. The lead you will use daily, at home and on public posts alike. Go 5m if the charger sits next to where you park, 10m if it is across the drive or you rely on public bays.
  • Type 2 to 3-pin. A Mode 2 lead for a household socket. At 2.3kW it is slow and it is not meant to be your main charger, but it earns its place in the boot.

Every cable we sell is CE and TÜV certified, IP55 rated against British weather, and backed by a two-year warranty. Have a look at the rest of our Type 2 charging cables if you want to compare lengths.

FAQs

Which cable suits the T03?
The 32A single-phase Type 2 to Type 2 lead. The onboard AC charger is a modest 6.6kW, which is honestly all this car needs, and the single-phase cable covers it comfortably.
Should I consider the 22kW three-phase cable?
No. The car cannot use that capacity, so the money is better kept in your pocket.
How long is a charge?
The battery is small, so an ordinary home wallbox will refill it overnight without any drama.
What length do I need?
Go 5m if the charger sits next to where you park, which on a car this short is usually all the reach required. Choose 10m if the wallbox is across the drive or you rely on public bays.
Is the 3-pin cable worth adding?
It is a Mode 2 lead for a household socket. At 2.3kW it is slow and it is not meant to be your main charger, but it earns its place in the boot.
What does the warranty cover?
Every cable we sell carries a 24 month manufacturer warranty, alongside CE and TUV certification and an IP55 rating. Returns are open for 30 days.

What customers say about us

  • First class service

First class service. Ordered 15m cable and it was delivered next day. Minor hiccup in that the accompanying bag was missing. Quick email to Jake at EV Cable Hub and the bag arrived next working day. 1st class product and even better customer service. Thank you.
