Overview
The Kia EV6 charges through a Type 2 socket, so this is the lead it needs: a cable built to IEC 62196-2 (Type 2 / MENNEKES), 7-pin, in Type 2 to Type 2 for charging stations, or Type 2 to 3-pin for an ordinary household socket.
Pick the length to match where you park. We list 5m, 10m, 15m and 20m. Five metres is plenty for a wallbox beside the car; the longer runs are for chargers on the far side of the drive and public bays where the post ends up on the wrong side.

Pick the 32A three-phase version to charge at up to 22kW where a three-phase supply is available. The single-phase versions charge at up to 7.2kW on a standard home wallbox.
Installation
- 01Unlock the car - most won't accept a cable while locked.
- 02Wallbox end first, then the car. Push until the latch clicks.
- 03Check the car shows a charging state before you walk away.
- 04Coil loosely into the bag - no tight figure-of-eights.
