There is no voltage or phase synchronisation, so doing so voids your vehicle warranty and has the potential to cause serious damage to both the connected system and the car.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eWhat the IP44 rating means\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eIP44 (ingress protection) means the cable will operate in dusty conditions and will resist splashes of water while mated.
